Contact us about your project and what products you are interested in. You will be assigned a hardware consultant, who will contact you to discuss your requirements and determine the details. They will then produce and send you a quote or specification tailored to your individual requirements. Lead times and payment terms will be discussed.  

All of our prices are trade prices, regardless of the customer. We mostly work with interior designers, architects and construction companies, but we do also sell to members of the public. Quotes are produced upon request.

We represent and distribute various leading manufacturers from across the globe and it is these brand partners who actually produce the goods. Our role as a specialist architectural ironmonger involves specification, supply and project management.

Not at all. Our website displays only a representative sample of the hardware products manufactured by our brand partners. Much more is available, as are bespoke solutions. Please note that mechanical and electrical hardware products such as hinges, locks and door closers aren’t shown on the site, yet form a key part of our specifications and are readily available from us. 

Many of the hardware products on the site are handcrafted and hand finished to order, so cannot be stocked. Additionally, manufacturers such as Sun Valley Bronze are based in the US. Lead times vary by manufacturer and indeed by product. Your hardware consultant will discuss lead times with you during the specification and ordering process. 

No, we do not currently have a showroom. Our business model is project based rather than retail. Your hardware consultant will bring products for you to see in person and arrange samples where appropriate.

Yes, we regularly get involved in projects across the globe and our staff have considerable international experience to expertly manage your project.
